Our range of ovens caters to meet the demands of defense installations, research laboratories, educational institutes and various R & D laboratories of leading national and multinational companies. These ovens are triple walled convention heated units, in which the outer body is constructed out of the thick PCRC sheet duly pretreated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. Further, the gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our ovens. The front panel of our units are provided with on/ off switches, heating & mains indicator lamps, and temperature controllers.

Indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising air heaters made of high grade kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural convention. The temperature in these ovens starts from 50°c ambient temperature to 250°c; however, we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers. Temperature inside our hot air ovens are controlled with a sensitivity of +1°c or better. The Temperature inside our laboratory oven is controlled either through hydraulic type German thermostat (Sensitivity-+1°c) or throughout solid state or micro processor based temperature controllers cum indicators.

Application:

It is used for a number of useful applications such as drying of samples, evaporating, dehydrating, or sterilizing, drying of glassware, core hardening, component and stability testing.

We offer a range of Vacuum Ovens that are designed to provide temperature control heating and drying application required for an airless environment. These ovens are capable of holding high vacuums, and are considered ideal for wide range laboratory applications. Our vacuum ovens are made of stainless steel with a full observation window and gasket doors with sturdy latching, mainly used for annealing and clean evaporation of samples. It is equipped with an easy-threaded vacuum gauge, adjustable thermostat with digital readout, and two valves for bleeding. These ovens maintain a vacuum level of 3.10-6 torr and operate at a temperature of 800°C. Our ovens are mounted with quartz tube elements in reflectors to maintain uniformity in the hot zone and water cooled walls which maintain the exterior temperature for operator safety. It comes with auto cycle mode of operation and also also has manual and maintenance mode.

Construction:

The stainless steel working chamber with different capacity which can withstand absolute vacuum is fitted in outer M.S cabinet and filled with glass wool insulation. A door with thick toughened glass gives superb visibility into the chamber, which is sealed with easily replaceable silicon/ neoprene rubber gasket and a vacuum gauge and value is provided on top.

Heating & Control:

Low wattage density heater with proper insulation is clamped to inner chamber. Temperature of the oven is controlled by thermostat or digital controller. Mercury in glass thermometer can be inserted from top with proper sealing. Stand and trays are provided for keeping samples to be heated.

We offer a wide range of Heating mantles that are widely used to heat flasks containing a sample. These mantles are also used in place of Bunsen or hot plates, when the sample is organic liquids and have a tendency to burst into flames or releases flammable organic vapors that are heavier than air. These vapors can explode while contacting open flames or heating coils. Our mantles have an enclosed heating system, which is designed to avoid these dangers.

 

We offer these mantles in either fabric or rigid constructions. These mantles are flexible and can be molded to accommodate to wide variety of flask shapes and sizes. The holding receptacles within rigid heating mantles are shaped either for a particular size flask, or simply have a large orifice that can be filled with sand to hold various size flasks. These sand baths serve to also provide a more uniform heating of the sample.

 

Our heating mantles produce their heat by converting AC voltage. The intense energy draw needed to generate the high degree of required heat, can blow fuses or melt socket wiring. For this reason, heating mantles should never be plugged directly into a wall socket.

The air gets circulated from side or top motor and blower.

 

Heating & Controls:

Heating is provided by long life S.S. tubular air heaters situated in the side cavities. The heaters are easily replaceable. Working temperature within Oven is controlled by thermostat or Digital controller. Main switch, heater selectors switch, amps meter, volt meter, starter for motor, contactor, indicating lamps are provided in control panel.

Size & Temperature:

Industrial Oven of 7' x 7' x 7' and temperature 250°C are available. Bigger size and higher temperature ovens are also available on request.
